- Oceanside Estate, Wooli Beach
The site comprises 34 lots in total, all within easy walking distance of the beach. The easternside of the estate is separated from the beach by only a nature reserve.

- Ellandgrove Estate, Grafton

- Netherton Park Estate, Armidale
