The Senior Executive Team

	Matthew Somers: Managing Director & General Manager Matt has over 30 years experience in the property industry including project and development management, surveying and planning. Matt is a registered surveyor and holds a Bachelor of Surveying degree and has been actively involved in a number of professional and industry associations and has held both executive and committee positions with the Institution of Surveyors, Property Council of Australia, UDIA and the Urban Taskforce and Board of Surveyors. Prior to becoming Managing Director of Regional Land, Matt was a Director and General Manager of Hardie Holdings – a substantial and notable property group with widespread interests in residential, industrial and commercial land, tourism, conservation, major developments, infrastructure and in recent years, energy. Matt is well know and regarded as one of the original founding partners of Harper Somers Pty Ltd, a leading NSW based surveying, planning, ecological and development consultancy. Regional land continues to grow, prosper and diversify its business interests under Matt’s stewardship.

	Gregory Godwin: Chief Financial Officer Greg Godwin joined Regional Land in 2007 and has taken the reins for financial accounting, forecasting and modelling for the company. Greg brings with him a vast commercial experience gained through his previous appointments in Senior Management and Chief Financial Controller positions in both National Accountancy practices and large private companies, particularly in the construction and property arena. Greg holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Justice of the Peace.

	Michael Noonan: Planning Director Michael is responsible for the statutory planning and approval of all projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning and has over 10 years experience in both local government and the private sector. Michael’s previous role was the Planning Director with Hardie holdings and prior to this as Town Planning Manager for Harper Somers O’Sullivan Pty Ltd. Michael has extensive experience in managing large rezoning and complex development applications.

	Jamie Boswell: Development Director Jamie is responsible for the Project Management of Residential Land subdivisions. Jamie is a registered surveyor, holding a Bachelor of Surveying and a Diploma in Civil Engineering. With over 15 years experience in the property industry and expertise in surveying, project management and statutory liaison Jamie’s skills ensure effective management of the projects under his control. Prior to joining Regional Land, Jamie was with Hardie Holdings and gained significant practical experience originally with prominent Newcastle based, for Harper Somers O’Sullivan Pty Ltd.

	Andrew Plume: Marketing Director Andrew is responsible for both marketing and agency co-ordination. He has over 25 years property experience, having been a Director and Board Member of a number of Public and Private property companies both within Australia and internationally. Andrew is qualified as a Registered Valuer and has widespread property and marketing experience.

	Kerrie Delbianco: Executive Assistant to MD Kerrie Del Bianco is Executive Assistant to Matthew Somers and is additionally tasked with the overall administrative control of the Regional Land office in Newcastle. A very experienced and meticulous administrator, Kerrie assumes responsibility to co-ordinate the smooth running and orderly procedures evident to maintain an efficient and highly productive working environment.

	Trudi Hodgins: Senior Accountant Trudi has hands on control of the day to day accountancy functions within Regional Land and is specifically responsible for the management of internal forecasting and settlements.
