The Retreat has been identified by Singleton Council as an area for future expansion for rural/residential living. The land area comprises approximately 28 hectares and will yield 25 lots following rezoning.

The site is located close to the major regional centre of Singleton and enjoys a quiet rural outlook. Amenities such as health, hospitals, schools and retail are located nearby in Singleton.

The site has been approved for Singleton City Council for rezoning and when developed each lot of a minimum 2 acres in size will be serviced by town water, electricity and telecommunications.
